Liquid Flat Roofs
Be rain-resistant in 15 minutes or less
There are 2 primary variations of the liquid flat roof. Firstly, a liquid membrane roof, this method requires the application of a liquid coating over a reinforced material and base.
Then there are liquid roof coatings, these are designed to be sprayed onto roofing surfaces and in turn create a waterproof, protective layer.
Both utilise polymer-rich materials to provide a long-lasting watertight and weather resistant barrier on the surface of your roof. Despite this similarity, they are in fact, quite different.
- Liquid roof membranes serve as a long-term protective barrier, liquid roof coatings are used to extend the life of a membrane.
- Liquid roof coatings can fill smaller gaps but are not generally as effective as liquid roof membranes.
- Liquid membranes will cost more than liquid roof coatings but provide you with a much more substantial return on your investment.
